Most commonly encountered problem with the X-Headstage™ is broken connectors due to mechanical wears. When you send the X-Headstage™ back for repair, we replace input and output modules with brand new components. Pricing table refers to configuration of different system side connector options.
If the X-Headstage™ has been embedded, please make sure all soft tissues have been removed and it is free of any biological contamination before sending it back. Please note due to potential challenging conditions the headstages have been used and limitation for repairs in general, we cannot guarantee all repairs to be successful. We will determine if the X-Headstage™ can be repaired upon the receipt of the X-Headstage™ and inspection. You will not be charge for failed repairs. You are responsible for round trip shipping cost.
Process time is 15-20 business days.
Repairs will be evaluated case by case. We will provide a quote and obtain authorization before attempting the repair.
