How to obtain a quote and place order?

You may order directly online using our shopping cart.  If you need to obtain a quote, add the products of interests to the cart and submit the quote request. An official quote will be emailed to you within 1 business day. There will be a link to place the order in the quote. All orders are self processed online.  Please send an email to billing at kontex.io once the payment has been arranged.   


I don't see discounts reflected in the order.

Discounts will be adjusted once the order is received and verified.  


What is the delivery time?

Our products are generally built to order and have a typical 2-6 weeks delivery time, depending on configuration.  If your expected delivery time falls outside of this time frame, we will inform you in the quote or upon confirmation of the order. Due to the widespread global IC shortage, an extended delay might be possible.  At present, we have very limited headstage chips and key components for our acquisition solution.  We expect the supply chain to improve toward Q1 2023.  Our goal is to maintain a small inventory of products with common configurations in stock.


What form of payments are accepted?

We accept bank transfer and credit card as payment. Payment must be received in full before products can be released for shipping. Please add and include any associated bank fee in the wire with notes referencing the order number.  Prices are quoted in US dollars.

We use DHL for shipping unless otherwise requested. Our products are shipped insured against damage and lost. Please contact us within 3 business days if products were damaged during the delivery.  


Sales and Return Policy

All sales are final. Please carefully evaluate the fit and use of our products before committing to purchase. We are happy to answer all of your questions and perform remote demo prior to order. In some cases, demo units can be arranged; please contact us for more information.  



Our products undergo an extended testing prior to delivery to you and are covered by a 90-day warranty against material defect. During the warranty period, we will repair or replace, at our discretion, defective products at no cost. This warranty does not apply to products that are modified, subjected to abuse, misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized repair. Failure due to wearable parts, such as connectors, is not covered by this warranty as they have inherent limited uses and cycles. We offer cost effective repairs to replace these components and extend its lifetime and uses; see Repairs. You are responsible for shipping the products back to use for any warranty work.

We offers free technical support for the lifetime of the product.  



We believe in a sustainable future. Instead of throwing things away, we prefer to repair and re-use. Outside of the warranty condition, paid repair service can be arranged. Cost for common service work, such as replacing broken connectors in the X-Headstage™ can be found here. Repair cost for other services will be quoted and evaluated on a case-by-case basis. You are responsible for round trip shippings and any associated fees such as custom duty.
