During the warranty period, we will address any manufacturing defects at no cost. Beyond the warranty, we offer a paid repair service to support responsible product stewardship. Standard repair costs, such as replacing broken connectors in the X-Headstage™, are listed below, while other repairs will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Customers are responsible for round-trip shipping and any associated fees, such as customs duties.
